Would I be able to take this hospital or attending physician to court?
I was in the psychiatric unit in a local hospital. This doctor told me he was going to order a medication called Clozaril, I told him I took it before and it caused severe myoclonus, but he told me to take it anyways, so I did. The next morning after taking it, I awoke having severe muscle spams. I walked out of my room to take a Cogentin to help break the spams. I took the pill, spilled the water everywhere because of the muscle spasms, walked back towards my room, then all I remember is I was on the floor crawling in my bed. On top of that I didnt see the doctor for 2 days. Now about a month later Im having really really bad memory problems. Would I be able to take the hospital and or doctor to court?
