Of course not.
The surface of the Moon is constantly surveyed by probes from many countries (for example, the Japanese Selene-Kaguya uses High-Def cameras to survey for minerals).

The images are available to anyone (but not for free) so that if there had been any unexpected strange objects on the Moon, we would have known long ago.
