Will I have to pay the electric recompense for the past year if I or my landlord have never received a bill from the electric company?

My lease doesn t specify who pays the electric (I just recently looked at it) yet I have never received a bill. I m a first time renter so I made the mistake and assumed my landlord paid it. I got a paper on my door stating "PPL electric utilities does not have a customer of record for this service address. Please call with the correct date you moved it by (explicit date) or your service may be terminated". I can t imagine how much this will cost. I m wondering what will happen. I live in a mobile home on a property with other homes ran by 1 person.
