Will a high voltage shock feel much different (5Kv) compared to a low voltage shock (70v) if the current output is the same?

Ex: If I hooked up some TENS pads to my body, and I used a *** unit (It doesnt exist, but lets just say they sold it too). The unit that I have is ***. Will the 2 units effects differ much if the pads have good contact?

Does the current flow affect the shock it gives you, or does the voltage make much of a difference as long as the current and everything else is the same?
