No, it cant happen. Black holes just spin and get more massive a stuff happens to fall into them.
After many billion of billions of years, when the universe gets cold and dark enough so that hardly any light falls on a black hole, then the black hole begin to shrink a tiny bit. It does this by giving off a tiny (very tiny!) bit of heat. After a lot more billion of billion of year, the black hole shrink to nothing. All that left i the heat it gave off, racing around a very cold and empty universe.
The temperature of black holes i less than a few one-millionth of one degree above absolute zero, so they have very little heat to give off.
