I started to press the piece wheres the fuse in the break panel. It started to do a noise. Than i saw that the computer went down and its not the fuse to the computer. Than i changed the fuse and the noise stopped when i press the fuses place. Its strange. But the electricity in the outlets in the kitchen didnt come back. This fuse is the one that manager the 3 outlets that are not working. They stopped after a noise in the panel, a noise in the fridge and when i put on the micro wave.

How to understand this advice?
Check all of the breakers and find out if one of them is switched part way off from full on. If it is switch it off then back on. If it pops again there is a fault in the circuit.
unplug the refrigerator and try it again. then the microwave and try it again.
If it stays on then the last appliance unplugged is the bad one. Theres no switches part away off.
Its like that.

Whether i fix it or the building administration will have to fix it, but i dont want anyone here and i dont know how i call them to fix the problem, if they have an insurance or will send someone of them.
