I m starting one project and I need some advice. Which way I should choose (Neural networks, Multilayer perceptron network, Radial Basis Function network, Support Vector Machines, Self-Organizing Maps or another ones) if I want to detect an object (for example boys skateboards in a city square) form an image? And why?
Thank you for answers
