What if the Spaniards colonized the natives from up north first rather than those down south, how would things differ today?
The Spaniards (Hernan Cortez) started their invasion on Mexico in 1519 with the Aztecs and without the advantage of guns or horses, they were taken down but by the time the US tribes were reached, they had horses and guns which helped them in the long run but lets say instead of with Mexico and the Aztecs, the Spanish conquerors started their colonization in the southern US plains region in 1519 and went south. If the Aztecs had obtained horses and guns by the time of their contact, how do you think things would have turned out?
