The molar mass for any substance is the mass of Avogadros Number of molecules
of that substance.

Since all metallic elements are mono-atomic , the molar mass equals the molecular
mass or atomic mass.

The molar mass is the mass of one mole of any give substance. For example, because the atomic mass of iron is 55.84, its molar mass is 55.84 g/mol
