 Post subject: What does "Tolerance - 20 %, 80 %" mean?

And it says, "Tolerance - 20 %, 80 %." What does that mean? I"m used to seeing a tolerance like 5%, 10%, or 20%.

lets say you have a 100 ohm resistor with this tolerance the actual value could range from 80 (100 - 20%) to 180 (100 + 80%).
