problem with night panics. they get out of hand sometimes...a lot eh

i"ll wake up and think i see something floating in the air and i"ll start screaming random sh**.
so, if you have heard of Mike Birbiglia, you may know that he was a sleep walker and that he sleeps in a sleeping bag because of it.

should i do the same i"m scare i"ll just roll off my bed and die. or should i sleep on the floor
