Can someone please tell me what this dream i had endure night means?

I was outside my mums house, and everyone had vanished
I think they were dead
so i tried to walk away and this man kept on following me where ever i went
i was running so brisk through the woods, and he was chasing me, and was back with me
he wasnt saying anything, just like he was stuck to my back
so i proceed him into a house, picked a knife from a kitchen draw, and stabbed him in the face, becuase i wanted to be free.
then all of a sudden im in the attic of the house, and a woman is there, and i stab her in the throat, and cut off her head to make sure she is dead,
but then her two kids were watching me

and that was it :
i woke up and genuinely thought i had killed someone, was looking at my hands to see if there was blood!
if it helps im a 17 y/o female

I honestly dont think it ha any general meaning. I had a couple of dream like that, and nothing happened.

The man suggests you cant escape this part of your life, there is no freeing it from you yet, I feel him stuck on ur back say that you must face what ever has been , all that ha gone on in your family, whether related to yourself or slightly extended family but fee that it i a smaller family group, nyes you are angry with something and it wont just leave, disappear, I know u wanna be free
