I suffer from a herniated disc--- and have no health insurance.

A close relative of mine suffers from severe back problems and has access to many ache killers.

because of the social stigma of opiods, the addictive qualities, and the high tolerance that builds from having them-- I am avoiding those.
(not to refer to that I would be labeled a drug abuser and a criminal)

well-- this person offered me some celebrex for my horendous and painful inflamation
and lidocaine patches for the ache.

My questions are----

would these two products help me? Tylonol and Ibprophen aprin naproxin does not touch my ache
would those two products show on a drug test?
If they were to show on a drug test--- would I get into some kind of trouble?
and do you know if your body builds tolerance to these medications?

thanks so much for reading.

The combination of Tylenol and one of the NSAID: either naproxen or ibuprofen, is OTC for a reason. The prescription drugs are prescription-only for a reason, too. While celocoxib may work where the other NSAIDs dont, theres no overwhelming reason to think so, and it mighty hard to recommend a COX-2 modifier as a DIY project.
Also, since youre worried about expense, you should be aware that even simple Lidoderm patches, even though they contain a dirt-cheap medication, do so using a horrifically expensive delivery system, and your money would probably be better spent on a consultation with a physician.

You would label a person who legitimately receives pain medication as a addict and criminal? But yet would use another person prescribed medication? Someone who is immense pain and seek relief from prescribed medication such a a narcotic pain reliever is not a criminal or lowlife. It the abuse and illejal sale of said medication that make someone as such. Im tired of the bad stories of oxycontin etc because of addict illejally obtaining. Doe the media ever see the positive effect these medication have for some people....many could not lead a hald normal life without them.
