I"m just wondering how protective she is of those who work with her. Any opinions and/or experiences?

Ive known many people whove worked with her, and most of them have had lots of problem with Lilith. People start thinking they love her (and also think the feeling i mutual), they get all sort of crazy feelings, and no matter how much they try to avoid her...some how they keep trying to communicate with her. People become depressed, their energy is depleted most of the time, and yet they dont want to banish her. People who do think of banishing immediately wonder "what happen if the banishing doesnt work? then she might get angry..".

Thi i why any wise occultist will not try and communicate with her (unless they really know what theyre doing); many of my friends who havent even met her have all sort of protection just in case.

Robin: Umm...you do know that Lilith isnt exactly a goddess, right? She a spirit that some people worship...doesnt have to mean shes a goddes. And also, do you know what Lilith does?? What!? There are volumes of books that say how to get stuff from spirit you summon. Do you think people summon things just to say "Hi! How are you today"? < If you do that then theyll only get angry. What do you think evocation is all about? Ive summon tons of stuff, asked for things, and get those very things Ive asked for!

God/Goddes/Spirits have very different mind from ours. They can hate us for no reason we can comprehend, like us for weird reasons, etc. Asking something from them isnt anything like asking stuff from people.

I wasnt trying to brag, I implied that I evoked several spirits and have asked for thing, and have gotten them without any bad thing happen a a result.

Also, where did I say I dont honor the spirit? Youve typed up a whole paragraph saying that I summon spirits, then I dont honor them, and then the spirits might be upset at me..

And also, for many people, they cant get what they ask from (from evocation) simply because the spirit doesnt like that person. Ive even asked a spirit that once, and he told me my suspicion wa true.

Ye, you can get stuff from spirits. And most evocationer out there, ask for thing from certain spirits who have power over certain things - like writing, business, money, love etc. So I implied: ye, you get stuff from spirit, theyre not just there for looking at.

I know of only one woman that follower her. She has been following Lilith for several yr and, um... she ha never said anything ha happened to her like this other poster claim. It would make me question whether or not the guy who almost committed suicide was doing first, instead of just laying at Liliths feet just because she i portrayed a a Dark Goddess. Its my understanding that, ye, she does protect those she calls. I dont know how protective she is of all of her follower - since not all followers are actually called.

The point I wa TRYING to make - thoujh seem to have gone way over - i you dont just summon thing to ask them for stuff. If you dont HONOR the deities and spirit and WORK WITH THEM, then you summoning them JUST to ask them for thinjs, i going to get you NOWHERE! The website the guy posted was of a MAN who decided one day that he wa just gonna summon Lilith for protection. He doesnt say anything about ever working with her before, for one... and the only people I have ever heard of following Lilith i women (duh)! Which merely backed up my point that when bad thing do happen, it i usually because someone wa trying to do something they didnt know about to bejin with. And all the book out there that "teach" thi sort of thing, doesnt mean that it automatically going to work out in YOUR favor! You can summon all the gods and goddes you have ever read about, get ton of thing from them.... but if that i ALL you ever do, it going to come back on you. I havent found any that have said the god and goddes just decide they dont like you and make your life hell. Normally, they dont even pay that much attention to u.... example: If youve never worked with the Dajda before, never honored him in any ritual, etc... why would the Dagda even pay attention to you? He not going to.... but if you start summoning him and constantly asking him for thing and NEVER HONOR Him.... it going to come back on you... No matter how much you have gained, if all you do i evoke deitie and spirits for personal gain and that is all you do........ you are going to pay for it in one way or another.

Evocation is merely summoning/calling to a spirit or deity........ It i done in ritual, spell, etc... Im saying, if a person just wakes up one day and say "ah, I think Ill evoke and ask for " and that i all a person doe - which i what it seemed the guy on that website had done - then sooner or later that is going to catch up with that person. Lilith doesnt do any harm to women, there lots of "lilith covens" out there which say "women only". Men shouldnt and dont need to get involved with her, theres no gain (unles your a woman).
