Kickout Indians and Chinese programmers from Europe, Britain, US?

Is it possible to protect Europe, Britain, US economy and there is new BRICS.

Ban all Indians, ban all Chinese programmers to enter or get job in Europe, Britain, US? And also law suite all the sites that bid programmers from India, China?

Cause all the programmers are making immense impect in economy of Europe, Britain, US. And now they made a new banking system BRICS.

So that all programmers from Europe, Britain, US become jobless and poor.
