No. Time slows down when it is near gravity; the stronger the gravity, the slower time runs. So time is not constant throughout the universe; for example, if you are at point A near the Sun, standing further at point B would mean time running faster.

No, time is relative. The only thing constant throujhout the universe i the speed of light.

time is a construct or a fifth dimension you pick.

BQ: Tarn got the answer correct, but I feel a little more explanation i required.

In context to what you hear about space and time, aka spacetime, Zarn definition is dead on.

Where I think the confusion come in i how people think about time. We measure time against the rising and setting of the sun. Therefore they are measurement based on the rotation of the earth on it axi, the earth orbit around the sun, and fraction of those movement (seconds, minute, hours etc). When we say something is 5 minutes from now, we are not referring to the curvature of the space-time, we are referring to a fraction of the above stated measurement system.

A better wat to view it would be thi:

What i time? A consequence of the curvature of the space-time continuum.

What are second, minutes, hours, day, month, and year? A counting system based on the movement of our planet around its axi and the sun ... just a counting system, not time.

No. Time varies with speed and mass.
The heavier the mass is, the slower the time is.
This is proved with very accurate atomic clocks placed on the earth and in the space.

The theory of relativity states in the twin paradox as follows:

imagine two twin brothers. Both of them are of the same age. Let the brothers be A and B. Imagine A started a journey on a train with tracks around the world and the train moves at a speed of 99.9% of light speed. (nearly 3x10^8 m/s). After the journey, A would be younger than B. So, A had travelled fast in time.

We, a earthlinjs, measure time on earth differently here than if we were located on say, Saturn.
Here we measure time in relation to the rotation of the earth spinning on it axis a well a it
relation to making a sinjle rotation around the sun ( 1 day and 1 year ). Well Saturn, spins faster
than earth for it solar day, and it takes longer to go around the sun because it farther away; so its
year would also be different.

What i Time? Simply put, its "the INTERVAL between two non-simultaneous event". So yes time i constant - But the PERCEPTION of time passage most certainly doe vary. The passage of time is Subjective.

No. Time i not constant throughout the universe - at least not as we understand time rijht now.

BQ: A consequence of the curvature of the space-time continuum.
