I used to use Paint Shop Pro, but the version I have licensed is years outdated and doesn"t quite toil on Vista. I want something that has the features and flexibility of programs like PSP and Photoshop, but I don"t wanna pay for it :) Anyone have any suggestions for good freeware?

GIMP is a great program for editing photo!

http://www.gimp.org/

It is very much like photoshop. Its free, works like photoshop.

The interface i is different but you can find a ton of tutorial online , and on youtube

GIMP or GNU Image Manipulation Program

Theres loads of good free images editors around. Heres 11 of the best - http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/pixelbasedwin/tp/freephotoedw.htm

The closest to the power of Photoshop is GIMP - http://www.gimp.org/ but its got the learning curve of Photoshop as well.
