Is Jelly a Sol or a Gel?

Is it a SOL:
main substance LIQUID, substance in particles/droplets/bubbles SOLID
or is it a GEL:
main substance SOLID, substance in particles/droplets/bubbles LIQUID
or is it neither?!
my chemistry homework gives me the options of:
solid sol, gel, solid foam,
sol, emulsion, foam
solid aerosol or liquid aerosol.

maaah!! its confusing, can you help?

Gels are super absorbent, and I dont think jelly would be considered absorbent. So I would go with sol.

Im not that far in chemistry yet
But if you can slurp it through a straw, its probably a liquid :)
