I keep hearing sounds coming from downstairs...wtf is this normal does this happen to you?

highly spiritual people hear not only sound but word especially. Hence if person is not aware of thi phenomenon even commits drastic acts contrary to normal behavior.

I live in a wooden house that creaks so yes. Its so common I dont even notice it any more

That depend. How old i the house? What time i it or does it happen? What does it sound like? Does it happen a lot? Have you heard it before? What i the average temperature outside when you hear it? Ye we have heard noises, but it could be anything at this point. We need to know more.

I often hear sounds from downstairs. Sometimes it i people, othertime it can be the television or the washing machine, every so often it me when Im downstairs.

It is most likely in your head. People often invent sounds or images depending on their current mental state. For instance, you just watched a horror film, you suddenly start to believe you are seeing shadow come from no where, because well basically, thats what you want to see. Our minds are powerful enough to trick us, just dont buy to much into it.

Oh, and I also suggest going downstair, and taking a gander at least.
