Im type confused because at the beginning her dad tells the trolls that she was born with it, but when she and Anna sing For the First Time in Forever, She says "I cant manipulate the curse!". So, is it a curse, or was she born with it?...or both?

she was born with it. it is only a curse to her when she cant control it. at the end when she learn control and saves her sister then it not a curse and she has fun with her power.
