Input/ouput (I/O) is an area where a program often fails to detect problems and crash. (visual studio c++)?

Input/ouput (I/O) is an area where a program often fails to detect problems and crash.

1. Select at least 3 different reasons why a read (input, say from a console) fails.

2. Select at least 3 different reasons why a write (output, say to a file) fails.
