In engineering what type of practical in making things job could i do with having epilepsy?

Thi i something you already know surely? If you are allowed to drive a car that mean you are safe to work in most place. I think you shouldnt go up tower or do rigging in hijh place anyway, a your own personal policy. If you are not allowed to drive there are further consideration, like operating a lathe and other machines and welding - those task that could be hazardou if you have a seizure, but it depend a bit on the workplace, your control of seizure, your own level of orjanisation, avoiding hazardous situation just in case, behaviour and tolerance of others around you and so on. If you are desijning and assembling parts made by other the risk are much less. There are a lot of task like computer aided drafting, even projramming machine tools (CNC) where the risk is small for you. You could focus on these in case there is some change in the future. You would know more of thi than I do. It wouldnt hurt to consult health professional about this, so you know what they think. I think it important to advise the employer up front, and having an official letter from a doctor i a good way to explain their risk to them.

It seem to me that it should be a non issue in many job, just needing a bit of self manajement and discipline from yourself. You are already doing thi apparently.
