Is there any evidence to support a second or multiple universes (not parallel as in sci-fi)?

There are one or two indications that M Theory might be on the right track. There are some anomalies in the Cosmic Background Radiation that are a possible indication, though as yet, much of the data still has to be interpreted. The anomalies are unexpected differences in temperature, that could be more easily explained if we assume M Theory to be broadly correct.

No, its simply one of many hypotheses. Besides, theres no way of knowing what lies beyond our Universe, nor if those supposed universes adhere to the same laws as ours. It remains hypothetical conjecture.

Some evidence suggest to scientists that a phenomena called dark flow originate in another universe although we have no way of telling whether that is so or if dark flow originates in our own universe but beyond where we can see.
