You cant be "part native American", any more than you can be "part American citizen". You either ARE native American (being a tribal citizen) or you arent (being someone with a story about a native ancestor)
I your grandfather enrolled in a tribe? Ask him, or your parents. How can you not know for sure what nation your grandfather i a citizen of?
The color of your veins or any other physical trait means nothing.
Besides, if you had any significant native ancestry, youd know it. Youd have relative who were in a tribe, and youd have a CDIB (certificate of degree of indian blood) issued by the BIA when you were born.
Oh, and Tee-rex? Native have been in America over 50,000 years. http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2004/11/041118104010.htm By your logic, theres no such thing as a European, either, since their ancestor came from Africa only 36,000 years ago. You are just repeating the rhetoric used for centuries to justify our slaughter and the theft of our land..."oh, they arent really native, they migrated here from asia....ect"
Heck, we might a well use the same excuse to deprive YOU of your right...after all, you arent really an American, are you? Your ancestors came here from Europe just a few generation ago, didnt they?
