If your a French citizen then you can just enlist. If not become a French citizen wait 5 years then enlists.

There isan option though hard which is to use article 29,27, and 26 of u.n. charter to create aconstitution program for France from The French Constitution and have it protect the air space of France and distribute the program to French citizen by download via official website of France gov or U.N Official website. Then you change face of war and it become matter of French citizens using connstitution to stop missiles by electronic mean. There you have an army and are a usefull member of it behind your computer. I do not say this to patronize you I think it is a good idea.
