there is a rather funny book about us which is not true unless there refering to the dark faeries (thats how you spell it btw!) you can read the whole book online or you can buy it from amazon

it"s called through the faerie glass

Wicked Lovely, Ink Exchange Fragile Eternity by Melissa Marr are all good. So is Wings, by Aprilynne Pike and if you want illustrations, look for something by Cicely Mary Barker.
