Google spreadsheets help: How do I make a database with food that contains macros?

I want to be able to just type in the food Im having and it pulls out the numbers from the database of food Ive made. Something along the lines this guy have on the 15 minute mark: https://youtu.be/h878mergPM8?t=900

Could anyone point me to a guide or explain it quickly?
