Go find out where its coming from. If you cant find it, see if anyone else can hear it. If they can, its coming from somewhere. If they cant, consult a doctor. Ghosts dont actually exist.

Quantum mechanics and quantum theory is opening up new doors in explaining how and why hauntings can and do happen. Why and how they occur is very much at the heart of many paranormal research teams as they investigate others claims. Either way, every has to agree that it is one of the more compelling and mysterious aspects we can come in contact with. I have had my name called out more than once and once there were two others present who heard this voice audibly, it was not easy to accept at first but I have become open minded to these experiences.

Dude, I believe in ghosts & the only wy to rid them is to bles your house so get your priest or Imam or Rabbi & let them do some spiritual cleansing of the house & you should be good.

yes i have many experience in ghost. I have seen five times. Three times in days. Two times in night.
Some ghost have a kind of smell like a dead cat,wood,sour smell etc. every ghost had hi own smell which someone can feel it. Some of them ha not smell.
I was in a hostel in summer I wa sleeping outside the room there wa knocking I didnt sleep I couldnt sleep because no one wa awake but the knocking wa there. 2 hour knocking wa there. When I saw near the room a 3 feet shadow wa going and went behind the stair. It ha a kind of thick tail it wa not tail like a tail I cannot explain. It was 2 am. some days after I saw a lijht in toilet. After some day it wa 1:30pm(afternoon) there wa sunny day I wa reading a book. A shadow showed on my book when I saw a brown person it structure was like mud and like a man and went down stair. after two minute a 2 feet khaki(color) thing come but it wa not clear someone could see behind thi. and once I saw a person(man) in white cloth at the door and disappeared when I wa coming to mosque from my room in hostel. It wa 5am.
I live in Sabzal road in Quetta. There i a house no one can live in this house because it is full of ghosts. Some people made it school. in day they saw blooded feet on the wall. Until it empty.

If you heard a voice saying, "How can I help?", it probably a dead relative or friendly spirit wanting to do some good. I wouldnt worry about it unless the talking continues frequently.
