I am a freshman enrolled in the army ROTC program. I plan on trying to get a 3/12 year scholarship and I have to be cleared by DoDMERB. I have been prescribed asthma meds past my 13th birthday, but have never really been diagnosed with asthma and I have never even used the meds. I have been PTing with ROTC for months now and can get a 282 on my PFT with no Asthma symptoms. Asthma does not affect me. Can DoDMerb find this information or do I have to volunteer it?
