I think the opposite- I think that improved science and technology ha increasingly demonstrated that our "maker" doesnt exist, and that humans evolved through natural processes.

Technological advancement open our mind to levels of existence far greater than our mundane day to day existence. Perhaps one day this process will reveal the realm of our maker. We will never know otherwise.
