Highly unlikely. If there i any at all, it would be unicellular extremophile bacteria. There is some evidence of (simple) life on Mars in the past, when it had active tectonic and a functional majnetosphere.

Mabye? prolly not anymore science the atmosphere is almost ALL Co2 which is what living thing breath out, but if you look at a elevation scan of it you can see the northern hemisphere i low and smother since a ocean wa once there

No one really knows for certain, it possible that some bacteria exist and/or other life form that we arent familiar with. Intelligent life as we know it on this planet almost certainly does not exist, however, in or on Mars. Yet.
