Why is Sinclairs case widely publicized... For sure there are many generals in the US army who have sexual misconducts maybe even more than Sinclair. Its also a tradition in many Armies over the world that they never publicly convict one of their soldiers.. they always protect them and now a General is being publicly exposed for sexual misconduct... Dont misunderstand me, i donot defend sexual misconduct but i ask WHY SINCLAIR?

The US Army doesnt really have any tradition at all of protecting its own from criminal charges and conviction. However, we do maintain a tradition of a high burden of proof before we go ahead with legal actions under the UCMJ.

In Sinclairs case, he got caught, it wa ugly story, and it happened to come right after we nuked a couple of other Colonels and General Officer for other various misconduct.
