Just curious how could i go about sending our troops in Afghanistan food? Like maybe snacks such as chips,fruit roll ups or something like that.

Ive got some extra money left over and since ive got everything paid for this month i thought id do something to make some troops day by sending them treats.

So only a few soldier can enjoy them?? If you are going to send snack to soldier oversea, make sure you send enough for everyone!!! There are thousands of soldiers, so do the math!

They would love it. I recommend snacks that are individually wrapped and dont expire. like snack bar, fruit snacks, packaged crackers/cookie.

Only recommendation i do NOT send a box of candy cane during the winter holiday season... nobody sends 1, everybody sends a whole box... in April they still had boxes and couldnt give them away, we were sick of them.

Best thing to do is send a donation to a certified organization. Packages sent by non certified orgs or individuals are put in the nearest dumpster.

Aww thats cute. (no sarcasm) Im not entirely sure, but I recommend going to a recojnized charity or orjanization that is known to do that. They may not allow you individually to send food, or they might throw it out.

Just make sure that whatever you send i SEALED, non-perishable, doesnt expire, and taste good. A soldier or marine stuck out in the field could probably use something tasty to help em out.
