Did the Big bang actually happen?If so, what was before it?

Suppose the big bang existed. What was before it? The universe is expanding, so is it true it will reach a maximum point, minimize, and
soon the big crunch will occur? Why doesn"t time go backwards?

Yes, it did. We dont know what came before it. We have some idea, but they arent currently testable. No, all evidence points to the universe expanding forever.

IMO, no it didnt happen. I dont believe the universe is expanding because I dont believe that the Hubble Redshift is caused by the Doppler Effect, but rather the Compton Effect (i.e. the reduction in lights energy due to it interaction with gases)...

A mathematical why of the Big Bang

I proved with mathematics that any universe collappses (Big Crunch).
So, there wa another universe previously of ours and there will be
another universe after the Big Crunch of ours.
The ubiverse start with a Big Bang.
The Big Crunche happen after an infinite time.

Stephen Hawking said anything before the big bang is unknowable by the laws of physics a we know them. And they exist in the observable universe.

But Im trying to publish a paper that say before the big bang it wa all a grilled-cheese sandwich. Because I like grilled cheese with tomato soup.

So Stephen Hawking is shortly going to have some competition in the region of cool books to read.
