Hi everyone

so, last night i figured id try to astral project again, as i entered vibration mode and about to try and leave my body a very clear female voice spoke in my mind. she told me in a soft tone of voice but still with purpose to raise myself out of my body which i did. So im out of my body and ask( im just too polite i guess) if i can sit on the edge of the bed since still floating horizontaly, and she says yes, i then ask if i can go outside but she answers with no. as im "sitting" there she begins to speak, telling me that i have to face my fears and explaining things to me. well after she finished explaining, i then asked her name, but with no answer, then if she was my spirit guide, but also without answer. so with lots to think about i returned to my body. The feeling during the experience was very quiet and peaceful, except for when i first heard the voice, she startled me a little. my question is, could this have been my spirit guide?? Who else could it be?

It could be a guide or just another force who communicating, you have to voyage into astral more to investigate, also focus on the energy... if you feel good emotions in her presence then she is definitely worth checking out. In Astral world your emotion are your sense and you should have focus on that.

It sounds like she i in fact your spirit guide.
A lot of questions will not be answered until she feels that you are ready.
I have one myself. I dont even know her name even though Ive known her for at least 8 years now. I guess it may be because I have never asked.

Yes this does sound like your spirit guide, perhaps she didnt feel at this time you needed to know her name yet, they do have more than one name, if lived more than one past life time. Next time ask her what name does she want you to call her, one of her names would have more meaning to you, because you were with her in one of them past life times when you two were together. Spirit guide do at times come close to us because they are compassionate and want to comfort us when needed, but they dont usually like to make themselves known because they know we tent to become dependent on them, and they want us to be independent.

The reason why some people believe spirit guides are deceiving is because these people will become confused, because when a spirit guide moves in close, and if they keep returning, other spirits, demon spirits may come, and they come to confuse you, because they dont like when the spirit guides help, so they confuse you that you push away your helpful spirit guide....I have experienced this and I actually astral projected to fight the demon spirit because I knew there was two at that time, and during the battle between me and that demon my spirit guide came to my aid when I called out, and together we got rid of him, he never did come back, and she still pops in from time to time to check in on me and my son. But for four years she made herself known to me, I have seen her many times awake, as well as in my sleep and dreams and astral projections.
