Is there a current source like a voltage source such as a battery that you could, why?

Generally speaking, even a so-called "current source" will still function as a voltage source behind the scenes. It is a lot easier to build a voltage source than it is to build a current source.

A current source, whereby which it guarantees a given output current independent of load resistances, requires a feedback system to adjust its voltage as needed, to get the desired current. And it will have a maximum voltage, because a true idealized current source would make infinite volts, even when disconnected.

Indeed you can get standard lab bench power supplies that can be set up either as voltage or current sources.

Yes most voltage sources and current sources are plug in instruments to produce precise voltages or currents not batteries. Many of them are are both voltage and current sources depending on how you set them up.

Yes,
You may call it a voltage source or you can also call the current source
