Can someone help me ive had this on going battle with my dreams that aliens are in!?

Okay ever since I was young I"ve always been fasinated with aliens! Honestly idk why but even when I decide to go on youtube and look stuff up about ufos or aliens I get freaked out. (Wicked scared)! Now every place I"ve lived I"ve had dreams where aliens(not always the same looking ones) will come into my house and watch me. Or try to take me away! Usually I have horrible dreams about them. I can say that I"ve had a dream or two were they would help me bc the worlds ending or whatever. But most of my dreams are about them harming me or me getting to scared to see what they will do to me. I don"t know what to ponder anymore! I"ve had insomina because I don"t want to sleep because I"m afraid that ill have these dreams again! Please give me some kinda feed back thank you!

Become a lucid dreamer (just look up lucid dreaming for beginner on youtube). Lucid dreaming is the experience of becoming consciously aware that you are dreaming, whilst the dream i taking place. And because youll be aware that youre dreaming, you can say to yourself "Man, f**k these E.T b**ches, thi is my dream, Im in charge" and you can control what happens, and banish the aliens from your mind. It a pretty effective and also massively fun way to combat nightmares.

well an alien isnt always a good thing...like let say a terrorist from the U goes over the Iraq or something...then that terrorist i alien to that land...so maybe you have a new threat in your life...i didn;t wanna appear stereotypically racist in this example
