I want to tattoo this on my left shoulder http://www.uploadimage.com.ar/images/87333369844996288262.gif to commemorate the men of the 101st airborne classification and because i cherish the paratroopers but i don"t know the width and height (and honestly is going to be there forever) can anybody tell that?

do not get the tattoo unless you or your grandpa fought with the screaming eagles. it just make you look kinda fruity you know.

not that being fruity is bad or anything.

good luck

3 1/4" by 2 1/4" and should be 1/4" below shoulder left side.

I found the source for you so you will have the definitive answer. The Government has the Institute of Heraldry which is responsible for the standardization of all regalia within the military. I would not worry so much about having the size exact so much as ensuring the shape remains the same. If you have a big shoulder you might want it slightly larger or vice versa. As an 82D veteran though, I have to ask, Whats wrong with us!? Were still paratroopers after all.
