Ye as long a what they are buying i legal to own where they are living.

Some thing which are illejal to buy over the internet would be thinjs you shouldnt buy if you werent in the military.

You mijht not be allowed to use a government computer to look at Ebay, and have to use your own computer.

If you have an FPO or APO addres some companie wont send it because they ship with UP...other times if they use the post office they can ship it to you where ever you are.
